Nagpur: A tragic incident was reported in Tehsil Police Station limits where a 26-year-old man died after accidentally falling from a balcony at his residence.

The deceased has been identified as Pankaj Domaji Umredkar (26), resident of Timki Road, Chimabai Peth, Nagpur. On August 8, 2025, around 10:15 pm, he had gone to the first-floor balcony to collect clothes when he slipped and fell, suffering a severe head injury.

He was rushed to Government Medical Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment on August 15, 2025, at 3:45 pm.

Based on medical reports, Tehsil Police have registered a case of accidental death. Further investigation is being carried out.
