32-Year-Old Man Found Dead on Railway Track in Nagpur’s Manish Nagar

Nagpur: A 32-year-old man was found dead on a railway track in the Sonegaon police jurisdiction late Sunday evening in what is suspected to be a railway accident.
The deceased has been identified as Shubham Ashok Atkar, a resident of Manish Nagar. His body was discovered between 7:45 pm and 8:55 pm on the down track between electric poles 10 and 12 near the new underpass in the area.
According to police, the victim appears to have been run over by a train, resulting in fatal injuries.
The body has been sent to Government Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem and further procedures.
Following information provided by Rupesh Ramesh Masram (40), a resident of Ajni Railway Quarters, Sonegaon Police have registered a case of accidental death.
