New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday encouraged graduating students at the 57th Convocation of IIT Delhi to remain curious, continue learning, and develop the courage to solve complex problems as they embark on their professional journeys.

Addressing more than 3,000 graduating students and 587 PhD scholars, the Prime Minister said curiosity and continuous learning would remain essential in a rapidly changing world.

"Keep curiosity alive in life. Keep your learning instinct awakened," Modi told the graduates, urging them not only to question accepted ideas but also to seek meaningful solutions.

Highlighting the pace of technological and global change, the Prime Minister said industries, professions, and international dynamics would continue to evolve, making lifelong learning a key to success.

"Those who keep learning will succeed," he said.

Modi also encouraged students to cherish their time at IIT Delhi, saying the memories they created from orientation to convocation would remain a source of inspiration as they take on greater responsibilities.

Referring to India's growing startup ecosystem, the Prime Minister praised the contribution of young entrepreneurs and IIT Delhi alumni, saying they have played a significant role in shaping the country's innovation landscape.

He also highlighted India's efforts in semiconductor manufacturing, expressing confidence in the country's technological future.

"I firmly believe that from chips to ships, everything will be made here by your hands," he said.

Advising students on tackling challenges, Modi urged them not to be overwhelmed by difficult problems but to break them into smaller, manageable tasks.

The Prime Minister concluded by encouraging the graduates to align their future work with the nation's development goals, saying that the decisions they make over the coming decades will contribute to India's vision of becoming a "Viksit Bharat" (Developed India).
