Nagpur: Two unidentified men were found dead under Ajni Police Station and Mankapur Police Station jurisdiction on Tuesday. 

In first incident a man aged between 35 and 40, was found unconscious on a metal bench outside Building No. 4 of Ajni Police Quarters. He was wearing a dull-colored shirt and black pants. Upon being rushed to Government Medical College Hospital, doctors declared him brought dead.

Based on medical notification, Ajni Police have registered a case of accidental death (ADR) and further identification and cause of death are under investigation.

In similar incident, a 60-year-old unidentified man was found unconscious near Kalpana Talkies Chowk, close to the MSEB office in the Mankapur Police jurisdiction. The man was taken to Mayo Hospital, where he died during treatment at 6:50 PM.

Following standard procedures, Mankapur Police have registered an accidental death case based on the hospital’s notification. Efforts are on to identify the deceased and ascertain the cause of death.
