Nagpur: Vehicular traffic on the Hindu Hriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg will be temporarily halted at multiple locations in Nagpur and Wardha districts from January 31 to February 3, 2026, due to gantry installation work being carried out by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC).
According to an official press release, the gantries are being installed as part of the Highway Traffic Management System (HTMS) in 14 phases along the stretch between km 0+000 and km 89+413, passing through Hingna (Nagpur district) and Selu, Arvi, and Wardha talukas (Wardha district).
During the gantry installation, traffic on the affected carriageways will be completely stopped for 45 to 60 minutes at scheduled intervals.
