Nagpur: Sitabuldi Fort opened its gates to the public, attracting 610 visitors here, on Sunday, October 13. This monthly event, held on the second Sunday, provided Nagpurians with a unique opportunity to explore the historic site and learn about its significance.
Visitors were given an in-depth insight into the rich heritage of the fort and the famous Battle of Sitabuldi, which took place between the British and Maratha forces. The initiative aimed to educate the public about the historical importance of the fort, which stands as a symbol of Nagpur's past and its role in India's history.
