Shri Poddareshwar Ram Mandir Trustee Ramkrishna Poddar Passes Away at 86

Nagpur: Ramkrishna Amolakchandji Poddar, the managing trustee of Shri Poddareshwar Ram Mandir, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 86. His son, Puneet Poddar, performed the last rites at the Mokshadham crematorium.
Ramkrishna Poddar was instrumental in establishing the annual Ram Navami shobhayatra, which began from Shri Poddareshwar Ram Mandir in 1967. Today, this procession is recognized as a significant and historical event in Nagpur.
In addition to his contributions to the temple, he also served as the Manager of Shri Jamunadhar Poddar Dharamshala. Known for his love of reading and writing, Ramkrishna Poddar leaves behind a legacy of dedication and service.
