Nagpur: Police Seize ₹3.74 Lakh Worth of Banned Nylon Manja from Hasanbag

Nagpur: The Nandanvan Police seized a large stock of banned nylon kite string (manja) worth ₹3.74 lakh in Hasanbag, acting on a tip-off.
The accused, Husain Khan Sarfaraz Khan (32), a resident near Hasanbag Kabrastan, was found in possession of 192 spools of mono-field gold manja and 240 spools of mono-kite string.
A team led by Senior Police Inspector Vinayak Koli and officers Jaywant Patil, Pradeep Kait, Ashish Titarmare, Anil Dhanole, Sanjay Varwade, Pradeep Bhadade, Someshwar Ghugal, and Sanjay Mokadam carried out the raid. A case has been registered under relevant sections prohibiting the sale and storage of nylon manja.
