Nagpur: An unidentified man was found unconscious near Gandhibagh Garden in the Tehsil police station limits on Tuesday afternoon and was later declared dead at Mayo Hospital.

The incident occurred around 2 pm on January 20 in front of a shop near the Paliwal Building. The man, identified as Ramsingh Puran, aged around 55, was found lying in an unconscious state. He was immediately taken to Mayo Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead after examination.

According to the complainant, the deceased used to survive by begging in the area, and his complete address and background details are not known.

Based on information provided by complainant Sajjan Ramjanamsingh Thakur (52), a resident of Kamgar Nagar, Tehsil police registered an accidental death case.
