Nagpur: Central Railway, Nagpur Division, organized a grand Mass Singing of “Vande Mataram” on 7th November 2025 at Platform No. 01 (Dome Area) of Nagpur Railway Station to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the composition of “Vande Mataram.”

At 10:00 a.m., the station echoed with patriotic fervor as railway officials, employees, passengers, and representatives of various railway unions enthusiastically participated in the collective singing of the national song “Vande Mataram.” The event was organized under the guidance of Shri Vinayak Garg, Divisional Railway Manager, Nagpur.

Immediately after the singing, a Live Telecast of the address by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was streamed. In his inspiring message, the Prime Minister highlighted the historical importance of the 150th anniversary of “Vande Mataram” and urged all citizens to further strengthen the spirit of patriotism, unity, and national devotion.

The event witnessed the participation of all senior officers, a large number of railway employees, passengers, representatives of railway unions and the divisional cultural team, who contributed to the program with great enthusiasm.

The entire Nagpur Station was filled with a vibrant atmosphere of nationalism and pride. All present- railway officials, employees, passengers, and citizens- experienced a deep sense of patriotism and unity as they joined together in the mass singing of “Vande Mataram,” making this historic occasion truly memorable.
