HSC Result 2025: Maharashtra Board Declares Class 12 Results, Nagpur Records 90.52% Pass Rate

Nagpur: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced the Class 12 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) results on May 5, Monday. Students can check their scores from 1 PM onwards on the official websites — mahahsscboard.in, hscresult.mkcl.org, education.gov.in, and results.digilocker.gov.in.


This year, the overall pass percentage across the state stands at 91.88%. The Nagpur division recorded a pass rate of 90.52%, performing better only than the Latur division (89.46%), and falling below the state average.


Among all nine divisions, Konkan emerged as the top performer with an impressive 96.74%, while Latur recorded the lowest at 89.46%.


Once again, girls outperformed boys in the HSC examinations:


  • Girls’ pass percentage: 94.54%
  • Boys’ pass percentage: 89.51%

Education officials noted that this year’s performance reflects steady academic consistency, with urban divisions like Mumbai and Pune maintaining high success rates. Students and parents are advised to download and save their marksheets from the official portals for future reference.
