Effective Complaint Redressal Day Observed at Beltarodi Police Station; 30 Complaints Resolved

Nagpur: Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 4) Rashmita Rao, Beltarodi Police Station organized an Effective Complaint Redressal Day on July 12, 2025, with the aim of addressing citizen grievances in a time-bound and transparent manner.


During the special drive, 30 complainants appeared at the police station and submitted their concerns. Several complaints were resolved on the spot, while all others were formally processed, resulting in a total of 30 applications being disposed of after appropriate action.


As part of the proceedings, a criminal case — Crime No. 369/25 — was registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 447, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The case pertains to a pre-July 2024 incident and has been filed in accordance with the previous criminal code applicable at that time.


All complaints were carefully recorded, and the event was marked by efficient response and coordination by the police department, leaving complainants satisfied with the swift resolution of their issues.


The initiative was conducted under the leadership of the Senior Police Inspector, Mukund Kawade, who ensured smooth execution of the redressal process
