Burglary at Parwati Nagar in Nagpur: Valuables Worth ₹2.17 Lakh Stolen While Family Was Away

Nagpur: A burglary took place at a residence in Parwati Nagar under Kalamna police station limits, where unidentified thieves looted valuables worth ₹2.17 lakh while the family was away attending a wedding in Ramtek.
The incident occurred between May 13 and 16. The complainant, Kalpana Pramod Zade (40), had locked her house and left for a family function. Taking advantage of the empty house, unidentified miscreants forcibly entered the premises and escaped with the valuables.
Based on Zade’s complaint, Kalamna police registered a case under Sections 305(a), 331(3), and 331(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). A probe has been launched and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the accused.
