Nagpur: A 35-year-old construction worker died after falling from the third floor of an under-construction building in Yashodharanagar on Saturday afternoon.

The deceased, identified as Kashiram Jagdish Nishadraj (35), resident of Kundanlal Gupta Nagar, near Shitla Mata Temple, was working at the construction site of Sunildar Manikpuri’s house around 1:30 pm on October 19 when he reportedly lost balance and fell.

He sustained severe injuries and was rushed to Mayo Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Following a report filed by his brother Khemchand Jagdish Nishadraj (45), ASI Tukaram Phad of Yashodharanagar Police Station registered a case of accidental death. Investigation is ongoing to ascertain further details.
