Nagpur: In a proud moment for the city, the Maharashtra Police cricket team emerged victorious in the 1st All India Police T20 Cricket Tournament (West Zone) held in Surat, Gujarat. The team defeated Madhya Pradesh Police in the final match to claim the championship.
The Maharashtra Police team included Nagpur’s very own Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) Ankit Ambepawar from Ajni Police Station. His stellar performance played a crucial role in the team’s success, securing the championship and a prestigious gold medal.
In recognition of his outstanding performance, PSI Ankit Ambepawar has also been selected to represent the Maharashtra Police team in the upcoming All India T20 National Cricket Tournament to be held in Delhi.
His achievement has brought accolades to the Maharashtra Police and Nagpur city, earning him widespread appreciation and congratulations.
