Nagpur: Externed Youth Arrested in Sakkardara for Violating Police Orders

Nagpur: Sakkardara police nabbed a 20-year-old externed youth in the early hours of Monday for illegally entering city limits.
The accused has been identified as Sushil alias Koma Uttam Waghmare (20), a resident of Sevadal Nagar, Bhandewadi, Nagpur. Police spotted him acting suspiciously on Sakkardara Lake Road around 1.30 am. On being confronted, he tried to flee but was caught.
Verification revealed that he had been externed from Nagpur city and rural limits for two years under an order issued on July 28, 2025 by DCP, Zone 4. His presence in the area without permission was a clear violation of the externment order.
A case has been registered against him under Section 142 of the Maharashtra Police Act. Further investigation is underway.
