Nagpur: A highly decomposed body of an unidentified man, believed to be around 50 years old, was found in a dilapidated plot between TB Ward Nos. 42 and 44 in Imamwada police limits on September 8 evening.

The discovery was made by a security guard, who informed the police. Locals claimed the deceased was often seen wandering in the area in a homeless state. The body has been sent to Government Medical College and Hospital for postmortem. Imamwada police have registered a case of accidental death.

Further identification and investigation are in progress.
