Nagpur: An unidentified man aged between 55 and 60 years was found unconscious near Shanti Niketan School in Hanuman Nagar under the jurisdiction of Ajni Police Station on the morning of February 16.

According to police, the man, described as having a slender build with black-and-white hair and beard, was wearing a brown shirt and black trousers. He was discovered in an unconscious state around 7 am. Locals alerted authorities, following which he was shifted to Government Medical Hospital for treatment.

However, doctors declared him dead upon examination.

Based on information provided by local resident Sadhuram Mule (47) of Professor Colony, Hanuman Nagar, Ajni Police have registered an accidental death report. Efforts are underway to ascertain the identity of the deceased and determine the cause of death. Further investigation is in progress.
