Nandanvan Police Arrest Man Carrying Deadly Weapon in Nagpur

Nagpur: Nandanvan police apprehended a 34-year-old man for carrying a lethal weapon near Payal Wine Shop, here, on Sunday, January 19.
The accused, identified as Sheikh Nazir Sheikh Wajir, a resident of Hasanbagh, was found with an iron knife worth ₹200 during routine patrolling.
Police registered a case under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. The investigation is underway to determine the intent behind carrying the weapon.
