Nagpur Police Announces Auction of 228 Unclaimed Vehicles, Citizens Asked to Verify Claims Within 7 Days

Nagpur: The Traffic Department under Nagpur City Police Commissionerate has prepared a zone-wise list of a total of 228 unclaimed vehicles that have remained unattended for a long time. These vehicles have been shifted to the dumping yard and are now set to be disposed of through a public auction.


The list of these unclaimed vehicles has been uploaded on the official website of the Nagpur Police and can be accessed at https://nagpurpolice.gov.in/PressRelease under the title “Unclaimed Vehicle for auction date 12.06.2025”.


Citizens are requested to visit the website and verify the list to check if their vehicle is included. In case of any dispute or claim regarding a listed vehicle, the rightful owner must contact the respective traffic zone office or reach out to the traffic department within seven days of the notice.


Failure to respond within the stipulated period will result in the vehicle being disposed of via auction as per government regulations.
