Nagpur: A Muslim man allegedly disguised himself as a Hindu and gained entry to the Surbhi Garba event at Chhatarpur Farms near Nagpur using a fake Aadhaar card, with the help of a female friend. The incident came to light after security personnel reportedly caught him during the event.

Following the intervention of Bajrang Dal activists in Nagpur, a complaint was lodged with the Nagpur Rural Police. Further legal proceedings are underway.

According to the information available, the man, Ayan allegedly used a forged Aadhaar card to enter the Garba venue by concealing his identity. His female friend, Anjali, is said to have helped him gain entry.

Bajrang Dal praised the security arrangements at the Surbhi Garba event, stating that the arrangements helped detect the alleged identity fraud and prevent the man from entering unnoticed.

Further details about the complaint, the authenticity of the Aadhaar card and the police action are awaited.
