Nagpur: Kalamna Police arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old girl near a garden on January 24.

The accused, identified as Santosh Kailas Tathi, reportedly stopped the minor near the garden, engaged in obscene conversation, and behaved inappropriately. The victim informed her parents, who lodged a complaint at the Kalamna Police Station.

A case was registered under the relevant sections of the BNS and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Acting swiftly, the police arrested the accused, and further investigation is underway.
