Nagpur: In a tragic incident, a 58-year-old man died after accidentally falling from the terrace of his residence in Wathoda on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Bala Gangaram Khadse (58), resident of Plot No. 125, Wathoda Layout, Mayur Nagar, near Hanuman Mandir, Nagpur. Around 3 pm on August 25, 2025, Khadse was sitting on the parapet wall of his first-floor terrace when he lost balance and fell down, sustaining a severe head injury.

Family members rushed him to Government Medical College and Trauma Centre for treatment. However, despite efforts, doctors declared him dead around 9 pm on August 26, 2025 during treatment.

Based on medical intimation, Wathoda Police have registered a case of accidental death (AD). Further investigation is underway.
