Nagpur: In a shocking incident, a 52-year-old property dealer, Ankush Ramaji Kadu, was brutally stabbed to death in broad daylight near MHADA Colony Square on Nari Road under the jurisdiction of Kapil Nagar Police Station on Saturday, April 19 evening.

The incident occurred around 5:50 pm, just a short distance from Kadu’s residence. According to preliminary information, four unidentified youths intercepted Kadu at the square and engaged him in a heated argument. The confrontation quickly escalated, resulting in the assailants attacking Kadu with sharp knives.

Kadu sustained multiple stab wounds to his stomach, back, and other parts of his body. One of the knives was reportedly found lodged in his back. He collapsed at the scene and succumbed to his injuries before medical assistance could arrive.

Police sources revealed that Kadu had a history of frequent disputes related to property dealings. Investigators are currently exploring all angles, including personal enmity and the possibility of a contract killing.

Kapil Nagar Police have launched a manhunt to identify and apprehend the accused. Further investigation is underway.
