Nagpur: A major burglary has been reported in the Lakadganj area, where unknown thieves targeted a garment store and decamped with goods worth ₹7.8 lakh. The complainant, Dipesh Dinesh Sachdev (27), owns a ready-made clothing shop named Ayush Sachdev Menswear located near Ambedkar Chowk.

According to the complaint, between the night of April 22 and the morning of April 23, 2026, unidentified accused broke open the shop’s shutter lock and gained entry. The stolen items include designer blazers, designer kurtas, bundles of fabric, and ₹12,000 in cash from a nearby shop in the same premises.

Based on the complaint, Lakadganj Police have registered a case against unknown accused under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Police have launched a search operation and further investigation is in progress.
