Nagpur: The Nagpur Crime Branch Anti-Narcotics Cell has intensified action against illegal activities. Acting on credible information on March 23, 2026, between 9:50 PM and 11:50 PM, officials conducted a raid in the Pachpaoli police jurisdiction at Baba Buddha Nagar, Dr. Ambedkar Marg.

During the raid, accused Vaibhav Vikas Kamble (29) was found in possession of 112 banned e-cigarettes of various brands and flavors, valued at ₹2.02 lakh. He had allegedly stored the stock for illegal sale to customers for financial gain. Police also seized a Deo Deluxe moped and a mobile phone, taking the total value of seized items to ₹3.32 lakh.

A case has been registered under Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8 of the E-Cigarette Prohibition Act at Pachpaoli Police Station. The accused has been taken into custody, and further investigation is underway.
