Nagpur: The National Academy of Defence Production (NADP), a premier institute under the Ministry of Defence, has set a new benchmark in management education with its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) program achieving 100% placements and internships for its students. This milestone reinforces NADP's position as India's leading institution for developing defence and strategic sector leaders.

The AICTE-approved, fully residential PGDM (BM) program, launched in 2023 with mentorship from IIM Indore, stands as India's first and only defence-focused management program. It uniquely blends technical and strategic leadership training to create industry-ready professionals.

Top recruiters from diverse sectors participated in the placement drive, including major players from Defence & Aerospace like L&T Defence and Tata Advanced Systems, consulting firms such as KPMG, banking institutions like Indian Bank, and public sector organizations including Ordnance Factories and Munitions India Ltd. Students secured positions as Management Trainees, Cybersecurity Managers, Supply Chain Specialists, and Research Analysts, with many transitioning directly from internships to full-time roles.
