₹2 Lakh Cash, Plot Documents Stolen From House in Wathoda; Police Launch Probe

Nagpur: Wathoda Police have registered a theft case after unidentified burglars broke into a residence in Shravan Nagar and decamped with cash and important documents.
The incident occurred between 8 am on November 27 and 7 am on November 28, when complainant Ramkailas Kesari Prasad Tiwari (32), a cook by profession, had left for work. Police said the accused entered the house through an unlocked door and stole a metal trunk containing ₹2 lakh cash, plot documents, an Aadhaar card, and a driving licence.
Acting on Tiwari’s complaint, Wathoda Police registered a case under Section 303(2) of the BNS against an unidentified accused. PSI Amol Patil is leading the investigation.
