Nagpur: Manik Mistry, HDTE/Nagpur, Central Railway, Nagpur Division, was on duty on Train No. 20152 between Nagpur and Bhusawal on 8th October 2025. During the journey, a passenger travelling in Coach B/2 (Berth No. 19), who had boarded the train from Badnera, informed that a wallet was found lying on the berth.

Manik Mistry immediately checked the details using his HHT device and contacted the passenger on his registered mobile number. The passenger stated that he had accidentally left his wallet on the berth while alighting at Badnera and was extremely worried about it.

The following day, upon returning to Nagpur by Train No. 12151, Shri Mistry handed over the wallet to the passenger’s uncle in the presence of the batch in-charge.

The wallet contained ₹1670 in cash, two ATM cards, an Aadhaar card, and a driving licence.

The passenger and his uncle appreciated the honesty and prompt action of Manik Mistry and expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards him and the entire Railway family.
